Wink Fault codes

I have just removed intake falps and decoked everything but upon putting the car back together I now have a few fault codes.

The snapon scanner I'm using is not as good as vcds software but it still gives some readout and functionality.

The engine bay codes listed are:

P2006 which is bank one flaps stuck. I have run the actuator tests and the arms are moving fine so I guess it's a bad sensor on bank one.

P1653 check dtc memory of abs controller, I guess more faults are stored there and maybe also my the esp light is on. But it seams my scanner can't connect to that ecu.

P1923 check dtc memory of ecu no. 2

If I clear the codes while the engine is running the check engine light goes out for about half a second and then comes back on.
If I clear them with the engine off but ignition on the light stays on.

Is there another way to clear the codes with out using a odb2 scanner. For some reason this one does not seam to be doing it so well.
At least if I clear all the codes after a full scan they stay there.

Before I parked up the car a week ago and started the work the only fault on the dash was the check engine light.
No esp or eps or handbrake errors, so it doesn't make much sense to me.
I also checked all the connectors I unplugged and they are fine.

Thanks for any help.

I have since checked the battery volatage and it was only at 12.45v so perhaps that's why I got so many faults coming up.
Also when plugged in to an 8amp charger it only went up to 12.6 where as my other batteries usually jump to about 14.4 so maybe the battery in the s8 has lost a cell.
I'll leave it unplugged and charging for a night. Maybe that will clear the codes.

Which engine ?
The very first line of your post .....' decided ' ?? You mean deleted ? ..... have you deleted them from software program

Abs , esp are probably consequential codes from engine fault .....torque error codes or some such .

Would be better to code with vcds just in case. code description protocols are miss leading
