Default Super VAG K+CAN fault code reader, key coding, PIN reader

I bought it to get PIN code to code additional keys and transponders for remote start on my D2 S8 and C5 A6 which I have done successfully and since I have PIN's now I have no more use for it now. It does offer pretty much all of the diagnostics that VCDS would and also single function key coding but for me if I just did key coding straight from it engine would work with the key but immo lkght were flashing and it was showing error code 'key incorrectly coded' so I just used code I got from it with VCDS and it worked just fine. I bought it as it was a cheapest way to code key on my S8, there are cheaper tools that will do D2 1994 -1996 with white immo box but very few for black immo box 1997-1998. It will not work on petrol FL D2's but should work on early D3's from what I understand but never tried myself.

Here is an example with details; http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Super-VAG-...0AAOSwiOFZOj-1

I paid £80 couple of years ago, the price has gone down since and I will be happy with £40 +postage costs

I am no expert but if you have any questions please ask and will do my best to answer.

What year A6 did you use it on please? I never managed to find a tool which would work with my 01 which was Immo3.

It's model year 2001 although it was made in the end of 2000. Immobiliser is built in the instrument cluster and I believe it is Immo3, up to 2000 it had separate box with immo2.
