It's strnage how Porsche who are owned by VAG ca have parts built for 60s 911s but Audi can't do the same for 15yr old cars

You clearly don't love it enough!

I do 17K a year in mine and wouldn't swap it for anything. And it's still in head turning condition. Go with your heart; there are a hundred reasons not to buy an '8, but life's too short!

Planned mods: auto-dimming rear view mirror, dash cam (as steamship's), fit the ski hatch, refit philips drl's (or maybe not - nope, definitely not - horrible botch!).

Like he said.

Buying these cars is not a decision based on rationality. If you need to go that way then Toyota have a big selection. But if you'r after a bit of excitement and class, stick your neck out and, with a bit of luck, it will be great experience
