Nav Plus aluminium ring upgrade
Hi,
I mentioned this in previous posts but in the spirit of categorisation and classification thought i'd put it in here too so it can be added to the sticky. If you want to upgrade your NavPlus, Concert I or II with some aluminium rings to match the gear lever button and surround, Aluringe24.de is the place to buy them from... Site url: www.aluringe24.de eBay shop Cost - It was 19 GBP in Nov-08, they now (Feb-09) cost 25 GBP delivered. -Oli |

A bit loose
Oli,
Have you stuck yours on the knobs in any way? Mine spin freely (they don't grip the knobs), and I have had to take them off for the minute. Will have to use a bit of double sided tape, I think. Zip PS: I know - this sound like a script to a porn movie... |

Hi Zip - mine went on without any need for tape or sticky stuff and sit very tightly on it.
Might be worth just bending the ring ever so slightly (or giving it slight knocks on the side with a small hammer) to get it to grip better. Hope that's useful... -Oli |
