Yes I've run Michelin ps4s on other cars was pretty impressed with them I also like continental conti sports so it'll be between those two I reckon.

Will do mate, it's a great car best I've owned for cruising about it'll be a keeper for a fair few years so may as well make it fresh again.
Did you ever change the gearbox fluid if so how often you supposed to do it?

Wayne, I was planning to change the gearbox oil. Spoke to an old fella who does gearbox repairs in North London. Said it’s very rare he sees issues with these gearboxes unless they have had hard life. Such as trailing etc. He advised me to leave it alone if it’s working fine, as if it was to go it would go and oil change won’t help it. But get opinion from here too to see what folks say.

OK thanks for that mate, I probably will do a change of fluid and get it checked as I'm not a believer in sealed for life everything that's involved in mechanical use deteriorates eventually.
