Read about this on piston heads the other day, amazing design and a good linkup for the design study.

Be interesting if any of it makes its way onto an actual product though

I think major elements of it will do eventually, but this itself is probably a typical early-stage combination of (a) technology test bed and (b) marketing/brand (re-)building...

I think you’re right, as a test bed for tech and a lever for culture change this is amazing.

I think transitioning the public’s mindset toward electric power is eased going from the direction of hypercars downward rather than upwards from mass produced (diesel) cars.

What is the current quickest time to go from zero to full recharge, say on a Tesla?

Frequency of stopping to ‘refuel’ is already an accepted element of hyper/super car ownership. Half the problem solved, just speed of the refuel to conquer, at least in my mind.

Tintin, a Tesla does have supercar performance, if it was equal to a ‘normal’ car, would you have still bought one (as easily)?
