Removal of back seat ??

Hello

I need to reseat some trim around the top of the back rest of my back seats , i can remove the bottom part of the seats no problem but im not sure how to remove the backrest part , any one removed them before>??

The trim i need to sort goes from the parcel shelf and tucks in behind the top of the back seat.
