Default D4 S8 2014….real mpg figures

Hi.
Obviously, you don’t buy a car like this for economy, but, what is a realistic figure for motorway mpg.
This is a 2014 model on £360 annual tax.
Thanks

Here you go.

This picture was taken last month and shows the long-term memory in my 2016 S8 Plus. It's accumulated this data over more than 17k miles, as you can see, so it's a pretty stable average.
On a motorway run staying below about 78 MPH and with the benefit of those distressingly boring camera-infested roadworks, it is easy to achieve 30+ MPG.

Having said that, even when 'shoving it along' it doesn't plummet alarmingly.

Thanks. Yours is the more powerful S8 isn’t it?

I was thinking more the ‘normal’ (if you can call it that &#128512 S8.

Your s8 does have the dynamic steering though doesn’t it?

How do you find that?

Cheers, Chris

I tend not to have dynamic steering enabled. I prefer predictability when I go around the bends.
The Plus is more tuned but if this affects the MPG I'd guess it would be to decrease it.
