yard big enuf for 20 cars
pub round the corner
sorted
free coffees etc at mine
saves me taxing the 8 (sorn)

I don't mind how far it is really. It's only fuel to get there and always worth a catch up with people. I am also happy to have people over at my place if not many northern folk are attending.
Parking for 60 cars + and 4000 square feet of workshop to tinker in and the tipple in pub right next door and sevanak forrest just up the road.
I'm sure the pub could accommodate us for lunch !
