under bonnet air filters
Hello just a quick question the foam material that sits in front of the filters (underside of bonnet ) in my D2 appears to be degrading , is it available anywhere or a suitable alternative , Thanks in anticipation

It comes as part of the filter rather than a separate item. You can get cheap pollen filters but they don’t have the activated charcoal inbuilt, filters the pollen out but sadly not the outdoor smells. Charcoal ones are markedly more expensive though so…..

Bizarrely, Euro Car Parts are often cheapest for these. They have Hengst activated carbon for £20 a pair (with their current discount code) at the moment.
They did have the Crosland ones for £3 each a while back, which may have been a mistake, but Neil and I bought them all before they noticed they're up to £66 now! |
