true it used to bug me too, but apart from having to add the road name and number its not to bad, guess i just got used to it, I had heard that there were to be additional features such as road speeds added, that would have been nice

it always bugged me that when youve entered as much of the post code as you can, it then says "where abouts is this, is it in the such and such area of oxford or the so and so area?" how the heck are you supposed to know this if you dont know the area you are travelling to! come on Audi, get with the plan!

IIRC - Before ~2009, royal mail had the monopoly on postcodes and licensed the database, but then they were leaked on piratebay and this eventually prompted them to be more liberal. Maybe this is what stopped Audi and others putting in a full postcode feature?

No doubt there is a cost attached to it, but one would think that the cost is not too high for Audi's flagship model when £70 TomTom has it too...

Managed to get a copy of this burnt at last, and popped it into the Nav system on Saturday. After a quick software update we are good to go, although from the outside it looks the same and a road local to where my sister lives that was built sometime ago is still missing.
