Default Oil cooler, gaskets on a 32V

077 115 401b is the part number on my oil cooler.
Does anyone know what the gasket part numbers are?

I ordered a kit because that was the only I found with the gasket that looks like an 8, even if it warned me that it didn't fit my car. The 8 gasket is almost correct, but not quite. It was worth the try, as it was shipped with the cam belt as well.

The plastic pipe broke off when I tried to pull it out. But I have the metal pipe, so hopefully that will fit at least

That seal is 077 115 441, however that number is now obsolete. It is only available as a kit which is 077 198 405 and contains lots of o-rings you don't need for only 5x the price

Thank you MJ
The kit I have already was what I got from searching for 077 198 405. But from all sites I have looked at, it is supposedly only for the 40V. And the kit does not have an o-ring that fits the external metal tube/pipe (not the small plastic pipe).

Hopefully the Audi dealer will order the gaskets from Audi Tradition for me. Will get a reply on the tomorrow. "Expensive? Yes!" but I see no other option

That's odd. 077 115 441 is common to PF and FL V8s, and the part in the 077 198 405 kit fits fine. 405 continues in to the D3 where the belt-dive V8 was used and also fits the Touareg variant of the belt V8 so at least part of what you found would appear to be correct. I can only assume that the aftermarket version is manufactured incorrectly?

077 198 405 is still available from Audi (rather than Tradition) and should be so until ~2023 based on its last application (2008 D3) so hopefully you shouldn't have too much difficulty getting one. There is stock in the UK so Prestige should be able to order one and ship it out to you. If not, I keep them in stock too, but Prestige is obviously first call for parts

Worth noting is that I have a batch of aftermarket versions of this, die-cut from rubber sheet by an enterprising Polish D2 enthusiast. I've not tried one yet so can't vouch for them, but if you want to give one a go they're a bunch cheaper than the full kit. I also have dimensions written down somewhere of the o-ring for the water pipes if you need that - a generic one is pence compared to £4 each from Audi!

It is odd. But I will ask the Audi dealer tomorrow about the kit.
Anything to be able to put parts back on the engine so that I can use the car again.
It's been a couple of months now since I started, with the brakes.

I took some measurements, as accurate as possible. But I don't have a digital measurement.
