I'm not really sure.
Its raised, not pitted. The valve thing at the top of the piston is not sitting flat either. Going by his videos its a bad thing? A friend said he's happy to have a look at it and see if they can make it smooth again. I'll see what happens after christmas. I'll get VCDS on it tonight and check pressures. It definitely seems quicker on the lift.

Brilliant- I spent hours last night trying to find the part number it ETKA,so have now ordered it.
Its the auto headlights that i am retrofitting(or trying to)- i have the sensor and light switch ready to go, just need to make the wiring loom to link the sensor to the CAN and power on that little socket. Cheers

Go carefull with that plug.
I got auto lights and that plug is not used. Its used for something to do with auto lights but i'm not sure what. I guess if its power and can, that's all you need and it all goes to the same units?

Found something cool out today.
If I hold both front window switch up/down all windows and roof with open/close. No need for the ignition to be on or anything.
