You would think so even cover half the cost. Got the faults up now, kwik fit had the car from 815, as you can see from the pictures it happened when they had it or caused it.

I'm sure there are plenty of cases argued over a paint scratch or a wheel scuff, but this does seem a bit of an open and shut case from what you describe.....

The manager that rang me covered the north east all I got out of him is cars naturally break it's just bad luck that it happened in kwik fits garage going to trading standards if it's not solved.

Just to confirm, we're looking at the faults logged at 20th May? In this case Kwik Fit should just hold their hand up and accept they caused the damage. Mistakes happen and businesses carry insurance for such times and events. For Kwik Fit to be obstructive towards you in resolving this issue speaks volumes for their customer ethics. Please lawyer up and keep us informed.
