I haven't seen another indigo blue interior.
I have one, I love the colour. It is such a subtle difference from black! Mike.

They are pretty heavy for wheels, but they are big chunky 20"s I suppose. They were all bubbling and flaking and kerbed, generally in a right state and have been poorly refurbed before. Dropped them off at an excellent refurbishment place I know and should have them back just after the weekend. Can't wait to see them
 Car has sold now. The guy seemed more interested in my D2 than the D3 he was here to buy  Not the shortest duration I've owned a car but it certainly comes close lol.

Well the wheels are on the car. I've not driven a D2 with 20"s on before, WOW it's much more responsive! Here's how they look anyway.

What tyres, type and size/profile, are they, that can make a big difference with 20's on a D2?

2003 D2 FL S8. Irish Green Pearl/Beige. Solar sunroof, auto-dim mirrors, electric rear seat functions, ski hatch retrofit; extended leather. Aftermarket DVB-T, reversing camera and full XCarlink (Bluetooth etc.). 2016 Volvo V40 T5 Cross Country (4WD) with ALL the toys including adaptive cruise etc. etc. Osmium Grey with Blonde/Charcoal leather interior. Polestar performance "optimisation". (A much rarer model than a D2 S8 by the way!) Oh, and a brand new engine at just under 30,000 miles on the factory one!  Finally: gone, but not forgotten..... 1998 D2 PF S8. AgateGrey/Platinum. Every option (I think) except electric rear seats, tiptronic steering wheel, ski hatch, towbar & dimming door mirrors. e.g. Cruise control, NavPlus/TV, Bose, GSM, Xenons, Solar roof, Parking sensors, Alcantara/leather everywhere of course.  (internal dimming mirror added later)1998 (very early) Ford Focus 1.8 Zetec; ABS/TCS, Heated screen/mirrors, Aircon, Auto-dim mirror, Leather, Trip computer, Cruise control, OEM Ford SatNav with CD changer. And before that a lot of Rover 800s, a few oddities, a lovely Triumph Dolomite 1850HL with Overdrive and way back in my schooldays an Austin Seven aka Mini 850!

Size is 255/35 20". Brand is 'Triangle'. Not great but they all have full tread on them and they were on the D3 already so I'll get some decent tyres on them soon.
What are FE tyre sizes? 275/35?

Only problem I encountered was when I offered the refurbished wheel up to the hub to fit the bolts. Because there is now an extra few layers of paint, it was a very tight fit slotting it onto the centre of the hub. Had to take a razor blade to the inside of the hole and scrape some paint off and very slightly increase the bore so it was a comfortable fit. Perhaps they should have masked the centre hole as well as the bolt holes when spraying?
