Default Oil change, where to get crush washer

Since I have a lot of spare time on my hands, and my car's oil change is a bit overdue, I wanted to do an oil change.
Unfortunately the local Audi dealer is closed. I can get a Mann oil filter from GSF, but I don't know where I can find the sump plug crush washer?
Does anyone know if original Audi parts can still be ordered from somewhere?
Many thanks

*edit - Eurocarparts have it in the US of A, but I can't find it on UK site

I cannot remember last time I drained oil at the bottom on any car, I just suck it out through dipstick.

It would cost me that much to post it once I'd bought an envelope and stamp!

Mikki thanks very much! I don't want to reduce your stock or make you go out to get envelopes, I'll get the ebay ones Ainarssems posted below.

Thanks very much! I'll get those. I like to do it the old way, I like to see what comes out of the sump

I'm not that fond on the taste myself.

And presumably you remove the oil filter with your teeth?
