Default EPC light / HP Fuel pressure question

Hi Folks,

i hope that all in here are doing great !

My my car is a 2006 Audi-S8, d3 4e 5.2L

Im hoping that you can offer some insight on an issue - Driving home yesterday on the motorway I chose to overtake quickly and my EPC light came on. Only the EPC lamp.
I backed off and drove the rest of the way home at a more leisurely rate. Switched off for about 30min, then started driving again the EPC lamp was off, then switched back on again when I tried accelerating strongly.
Connecting VCDS at home i am seeing a Fuel Rail System Pressure too low Code.
Notes: I have not driven on a motorway in several months but use the car weekly for 5-20-mile trips.
I serviced a few and replaced the others fuel injectors about 2x years ago along with a walnut blast carbon clean. About 5k miles since then.
the car generally starts well and runs well with no noticeable misfiring.
The car never had the EPC lamp on previously to today.

at Idle 640/min:
LP fuel pressure real time data at 5.08-6.2 Bar fluctuating.
HP fuel pressure at idle 29.5 bar to 32 bar fluctuating.

can anyone tell me if these values are ok? Should I suspect one or both HP pumps?

please review the below VCDS log and offer your thoughts?
do You think that the HP pump/s are definitely an issue?
