What does the 271 refer to in the highlighted area?

The number refers to a column on another page, if your using Bentley and sometimes Etka if you click the number it hyperlinks to that part of the manual

I was working off PDF's, I'll try to install Elaswin again as didn't have much luck with it last time. Does Elaswin include pin out descriptions? I'm currently doing my research on the J519 module.
