Let me give you a rough translation
 Friday: - arrival and greeting - around 9pm, a little get-together at the parking lot of the hotel, drinks are BYO, scotty will bring some bottles of his red and green ouzo Saturday: - 8-11am :breakfast (for those who survived the friday )- 11am : welceom speech - 12am : leaving for the round trip - surprise surprise  - 6pm : leaving to go back to the hotel,arrival at 7pm - 8pm : dinner with open end Sunday: - 8-11am : breakfast - after breakfast everybody can go his own way, going home or whatever  ps:there are still plenty of rooms available
