Default Help.....changed thermostat and now leaking coolant

Hi I just changed the thermostat on my A8....seemed fairly straight forward...and wasnt too difficult to do...however I now have a slight leak....and I dont know where it is coming from....

It is the 32valve engine....and the leak is on the driver's side near the front....the drip appears on the left side of the lower oil sump pan...any suggestions would be helpful.......as I have gone back over the procedure and cant see where i caused the leak....

I will take a picture and post it in the next day or so.....

The only connections at the front are Top Hose, bottom hose and thermostat. On the passenger side is the reservoir the back has loads!!! The drivers side is the supply to the Oil cooler and the cooler itself.

I'll await your photos.

Default leaking coolant

I couldnt work out where the leak was coming from...so I decided to try the unthinkable...which was to put Kseal into the coolant reservoir and luckily it worked.....so far so good...in fact I think there was probably a leak in the head gaskets cos now the car is running really well.....
