To start with I thought it was water getting over the coil packs as it started when driving in rain for the first time but now it is there all the time and seems to happen after hard exceleration, am going to swap coil pack with one of the other cylinders and give it a new set of plugs tomorrow to see if that helps but having read this I don't hold out any hope, did you get yours sorted and if you did what was it?
Swap the coilpack and see if that fault moves.

If it doesn't it's the ignition amp.

Swapped number 6 with number 1 and also put a new set of plugs in,
Number 6 was the one giving the intermitent misfire and when I took the coil pack off the plug it was slightly wet all the others where dry, cleaned it up and sprayed WD40 around and all good at the moment, the misfore started when it was really comming down and going through some big puddles, will check again at the weekend to see if its wet again and if it is might be a gasket/seal issue?
