Default Subframe Mounts

The subframe has 4 bolts that go through the subframe bushes into what i believe are capitive nut in the chassis.
I'm wondering if the ones which sit under the footwells in the front of the car are accessible from inside the car?!
One of mine is spinning so I am unable to tighten the bolt properly

Is it on the bulkhead in front of the passenger's feet? Behind that are a batch of relays and power connectors Be careful, some big feeds there.
