£550 which includes health check, 4WD dyno plot before, custom remap done on an individual basis (also with gearbox flash to cater for added power and torque), follow up dyno runs and a road test. Plots printed out for records too. Took about 2 hours or so.

Not bad actually, in-fact there are only 3 places in the uk ive found that also re map the TCU as well as the ECU to cope with the extra Torque so that's a bonus Thank you

Readings after remap and gearbox flash were 360 BHP (+ 50 BHP) and 807 Nm (595 lb ft) (+ 151 Nm). Nice increase for a quick remap. It has certainly changed the character of the car for the better. Pulls like a steam train now and is a lot quicker on the pickup. The acceleration seems smoother too. This is more like I expected the car to perform when I first got it. Well worth doing and the guys at MRC really know their stuff.
Hmmm what do you think? http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic...-garage-again/

Yeah, I read that but experienced the exact opposite and that was one of the only negative reviews. There's always one . IMHO, all work was carried out to a high standard and with no issues at all. I wouldn't recommend them otherwise. Most remaps are just an "off-the-shelf" flash, but this guy actually maps it on an individual basis for your car and your requirements. I guess with turbo diesels they are much of a muchness to be honest. Any good map will give you good gains. I can't vouch for anyone else's maps though only to say I'm very pleased with mine and it's transformed the car.
