i ended up posting some of the audi 4.2 supercharger info i've been looking into here,
http://www.audizine.com/forum/showth...)-Thread/page4 but decided to go another route for a reliable 480hp and 475 ft/lbs of torque. just hope my budget holds to finish the project. will require some bits from this. pic.

actually mike i do need 4 tyres, but no it's the s5's gearbox and axle shafts, to allow for a 5" longer engine.
i don't want to miss the annual meet and edersee of course. but this is a lot of fab work. will post pics as soon as things progress. john

Because after weighing all options, it comes down to price and nothing compares to this, ls3 376/480 is only £3700 brand new in the crate. and a 1750kg car needs 450 ft/lbs of torque to be really fun. Last edited by r8dream; 16th March 2010 at 05:03 PM.
