Default Anyone mounted 20x11 on rear of D2 S8

I'm looking to buy some wheels that are the following sizes:

Front
20x10 et35
255/35/20

Rear
20x11 et35
285/30/20

Has anyone done the 20x11 on the rears here in this forum?

Hmm bit of an unknown I think, I've got 21" x 10.5 on the rear of mine bolted straight to the hubs with no spacers on the back and it's about as tight as I'd want to go, doesn't rub unless extremely loaded etc but it's close so If I had to guess I'd say not.

What are your rear offsets with the 21x10.5?

And I noticed you have 295/25/21...is the rubbing you're speaking off tire rub or rim rub? Reason being is because I'm planning to run 285/30/20 which will stretch a little on a 20x11.

LOL...I've seen how you got 19x12 on there, a lot of elbow grease on those fenders. I'm not looking to mess with aluminum fenders except maybe sum fender pushing from the inside with a hydrolic press if need be. But for some reason I feel I'm going to be fine.

Offsets at the rear are ET35 from memory, I'll check when I'm next with the wheels as they aren't on the car at the moment. The hub was slightly thicker than the original 18" quattro sport wheels as I had to use longer bolts by 5mm too.

Yes the rubbing is just very minor tyre rub rather than rim rub

Looks like you might be ok comparing your rears against my existing but again you may get a tiny amount of tyre rub under full load / suspension travel. I have quattro sport rear suspension so same as S8 which is 20mm lower than standard A8

I actually haven't touched the fenders.

The arches are already rolled on the back of the D2 so you shouldn't need to do that either

Ok, I thought I saw some primer on your fenders on a biuld thread on another forum, maybe it was to delete your side marker.
