Hidden menu via MMI buttons

I've performed this function before but can't remember the sequence?
How do I get into the hidden menu via MMI buttons.
I've noticed since recent battery change that SAT NAV button does nothing and solar sunroof venting can't be accessed.
Need to sort both of these as car is going for sale imminently......

There's at least two 'hidden' menus!

The 'Red Manu' is the information and management of the MMI bus that manages the media ECUs - this is 'Setup and Return' for about 5 seconds. This works on all MMI systems.

The 'Green Menu' is the 'management of the car' menu that's mostly, if not all, in German - this is 'Setup and Car' for about 5 seconds. This only works if the appropriate setting has been preset in the Control Head. If not set, needs something like VCDS to adapt the value.
