Flashing suspension module, from sport to normal
Hi,
I just learned that the normal suspension is on different levels on comfort and dynamic modes, but sport suspension is always low if not in the lift mode. I have sport suspension, but I would like try to flash the normal suspension software to my suspension ECU to get the different ride levels. That higher comfort level would be good in winter, and I don't want to use always the lift mode. Has anyone tried that? And where to get the firmware? |

Yes, the suspension is one of few modules that has flash capability. VAG CAN Professional will flash modules, but I suspect getting hold of the firmware will be the tricky bit (you could search the internet - firmware files end in .SGO), plus I have no idea if VAG CAN Pro use OEM firmware. Replacing your existing module with a 'non sports' unit would be the easier route.
