My rear passenger window has cracked. Mindless vandalism by some tw@t, today between 5pm and 7pm, they also tried the rear window as I can a see the impact and scratch line. There's also an impact on the side glass so a key or screwdriver was used.
Few pics but a dirty car and it's dark now. As it's double glazed only the outside has cracked so it's still weather tight. I don't mind doing the job myself so I know it's done right. What are all your thoughts? Straight insurance claim? I last had a side window replaced on an A4 and they completely messed up the job that the glass would drop into the door
