Just be careful how you come off the diet... Pretty common to throw a good half-stone back on when you come off it.
Best method is the 'move more, eat less' diet. Sucks, but that way your body doesn't get confused.

Thats awesome, especially to keep it off..... At my peak, I was bursting a 40" waste, determined not to make 42, so I guess knocking on the door of 19 stone....
I made it down to 14.5 Stone in 2005 and ran the great north run..... and then successfully made it back up to 18.5 stone again <doh> So, I'm back at 16.5 and falling... I guess making this public will make it harder to fail....  Dam those cut price cookies

Food... That's the killer... My downfall is the Walkers sensations crisps.. Our local shop often has them on special.. We buy a load of bags and eat them all
 (the big bags!) And then I need a bottle of wine to go with it.Funny thing about getting fit... Makes you want to stay fit, and it's easier to keep it up and for some weird reason, it makes you feel good.
