That would indeed be worth looking at. Fridge too!! Behind the general air of neglect (missing centre caps, badly kerbed wheels and thick covering of dust in the cabin and engine compartment - why photo it like that FFFS!) its probably a good car waiting for a caring owner.

Worse case for a gearbox £?. Allow something towards that and if it is needed, you've miraculously transformed the car from an unknown/possible issue, to a known non issue, with warranty. The rest is easily fixable.
