Default D2 Lower Control Arms

Had an advisory on the MoT in January about the front lower control arms bushes starting to deteriorate. (The upper arms were replaced with Lemforder ones in Dec 2012.) Just recently have noticed juddering when braking which was a cause(amongst other things) of similar shudderingwhen the upper arms were worn. Does anyone have a pair of lower arms lying around that they want to sell?

The lower arms are the same as loads of other models and so relatively cheap for aftermarket replacements. I use Meyle HD since they come with a 4 year warranty and are pretty well priced - £110 for a pair of front lowers. Very nice quality, and they come with new hardware too. The Meyle number is 116 050 0031/HD

Those are for the steel hubs - the pin on the end is larger, so they won't fit an FL car with alloy hubs.

They're more expensive than new correct ones on ebay anyway
