Default Power steering reservoir

Hello All
Has anyone had any problems with power steering fluid dripping
I noticed a small pool of oil on my drive from under the passengers side front bumper,I put my hand between the under side of the bumper and the skid plate and there is oil there
Popped the bonnet but cannot see any leaks from the reservoir,it's booked in at a mates garage so we can get it on the lift and remove the skid plate to have a look ?
Anyone any ideas what it could be ?? Are there any common faults ??

Cheers Andy

Oil return hose at the reservoir leaks quite often on many Audi's. Just needs to tighten a clip or new clip.

Mine had a slow leak when i first got after the previous owner had the pump replaced. It was just the hose joint needing tightening up. It was leaving a coating on the under engine tray and occasionally a small small drip on the drive.

Hello all
Job done found to be a loose clip up behind the front bumper, managed to get to it by removing passengers side fog light grill, strange as it was all bone dry on the skid plate, oil was running down the inside of the bumper and out where bottom of bumper meets skid plate
Thanks Andy

Lucky

Leaking PAS fluid is also a sign that the steering rack's had it
