Locked door

Hi there has anyone ever had there front passenger door refuse to unlock, it won't open from the inside either

Not on an A8, but on a previous S4. Glad it was under warranty as they had to rip the panel off the inside to get to the fault latch, hope it's not the same for you

Are you hearing the central locking motor cycle from lock to unlock when you press the fob or from the inside button locking button

Can't hear the motor on that door only the other 3 have booked it into audi now just wondered if I need to remortgage the house
