A8 headlights are universal as far as I remember. Some say there is a lever to switch the beam from Uk to EU, but this also is done by the VCDS, Tourist Mode is called or something like that.
How about adjusting the beam first manually? There are two white caps/alan key screws at the top, close to the wing.
One does the height, second one moves the lens from left to right.

Not even on all of them, only the early ones, I think with just dipped Xenons, not the dual ones.

Finally: gone, but not forgotten.....
1998 D2 PF S8. AgateGrey/Platinum. Every option (I think) except electric rear seats, tiptronic steering wheel, ski hatch, towbar & dimming door mirrors.
e.g. Cruise control, NavPlus/TV, Bose, GSM, Xenons, Solar roof, Parking sensors, Alcantara/leather everywhere of course. (internal dimming mirror added later)

And before that a lot of Rover 800s, a few oddities, a lovely Triumph Dolomite 1850HL with Overdrive and way back in my schooldays an Austin Seven aka Mini 850!

Thanks for clarifying this guys, and yeah, I couldn't find one on mind so I thought they are only on earlier D3s.

So, I would try adjusting the beam first with two screws at the top

If they are xenon then you simply re code it for right hand drive UK in vcds and they will auto switch over.

When I drove to France I just plugged vag com in and changed it to left hand drive and it sets the beam for you.

They are universal lights 100% just re code them
