Borys I didn't realise your car was a D3. According to VagCat this is the bellows and plastic arm part number 077198327A and yes it is the 1" arm.
This Polish site is selling replacements for around £14, but I think you can make them yourself using the male and female uk ebay ball links without having to tap the threads. http://allegro.pl/zestaw-naprawczy-0...743172250.html
