Default Brake Block group buy

Hi all,

Per this thread, I'm pleased to offer the first home-grown brake block in water-jet-cut aluminium

This block braces the end of the master cylinder against the upper strut brace in the facelift which reduces flex in the bulkhead. The result is a firmer brake pedal and shorter stopping distance because more of the pressure from your foot ends up at the brake calipers instead of bending the body shell.

It should also fit the pre-facelift if the upper strut brace is also fitted. I believe this was only used in the PF S8, not the A8, but can be retrofitted.

<before and after vids go here>

Fitting the block requires a 13mm spanner to loosen the strut brace and philips screwdriver to remove the passenger side trim over the brace. The block slots over the brace and has a slight preload once tightened up.

There is a slight interference with the driver's side plastic cover but it still sits in place just fine

These are £30 each including UK shipping. Note these are designed for RHD cars and may not fit LHD so are only for sale in the UK (or Australia for extra shipping). Plus, they're available in the US already so not needed

There will be an initial run of 20 which should be available from ~13th November.

You know the drill...
