Default D2 is messing with my head now :-(

So - the saga continues.......

Replaced thermostat and put it all back together
No leaks and when engine got to 90 degrees it more-or-less stayed there

But - engine running rough and under load will not pull - no lights on the dash.

Using the cable that Marcin sent me () I managed to pull some codes out - look to be pointing to the MAF

Codes:

17549 [P1141] - Load Calculation Cross Check: Implausible Value
17536 [P1128] - Long Term Fuel Trim Mil. Systroem too Lean [Bank 1]
17538 [P1130] - Fuel Trim; Bank 2 (Mult): System too Lean
17736 [P1328] - Cyl.4-Knock Control Limit Attained INTERMITTENT
17734 [P1326] - Cyl.2-Knock Control Limit Attained INTERMITTENT
16486 [P0102] - Mass or Volume air Flow Circuit Low Input INTERMITTENT
18010 [P1602] - Power SUpply [B+] terminal 30 Low Voltage INTERMITTENT

I am wondering if I damaged something during the procedure of replacing the oil cooler pipe or replacing the thermostat???

Cheers

Check all the wiring you disturbed when replacing the cooler, make sure all the connections are good. Maybe even disconnect and reconnect to see what happens. It looks like a wiring issue rather than something physically wrong.
