Approx. £500, supply and fit from a very friendly ex-VW/Audi mechanic I've been using for over 10 years. Hundreds less than any other quote I got - he's in Birmingham though.
Another £100 for specialist tracking the day after. It drives beautifully now, though the toe was massively out and the 3 hour trip home from Brum wasn't very nice!
He did my lower banana control arms last year for somewhere between £200 and 250 IIRC (also TRW).
