I think it goes without saying that none of us would watch TV when driving, hows that even possible without smashing into a motorway barrier.
However I've been a passenger in my car, driving down the motorway watching TV and found the reception to be great. Think it was on the M40 heading into London.

Apache Helicopter Pilots need to train their eyes to focus at different ranges and look different ways to use their 'heads up' display properly.
So, once you can do that TV In Motion is fine. |

Us astronomers are known for our trained "off centre vision" to look at faint objects that the foveal area of the eye is not sensitive enough to 'register'.
Still not sure about watching TV & driving though

Quote:
1/ Why. She's not listening 2/ Why. If she was listening, which she isn't, she knows you're wrong, talking drivel and probably both these simultaneously. 3/ The remarkable thing about you doing both simultaneously, is she knows that this is impossible, so you wont be, cos your a man and cant multi-task. If you were to present her with this obvious contradiction in her reasoning, she'll have you on the drivel charge. Back on topic. Peeps. The point about TV in motion is not that you are NOT looking at the screen when its on. Its that you CANT HELP looking at the screen when its in your line of sight. |
