Glad you got the 8 back mate
 i know it's not all good news with the damage but seeing that they are so rare where you are repair it. Oh and if it's any consolation I rag my engine to the red line and they love it.

well i have driven it 150km home from the police pound and no noises and mechanically it seems fine.but its going to stand for now and i will go through everything and check it out as i get time.there isnt much mileage on the car since it was taken.i just need to replace all the locks.the police found it without the keys and i only had the service key. i had to break the boot open to put new battery in aswel. Its a tough old school car and that engine is tough it would break them before their dumbass could break it. i dont think these modern plastic blobs could take a beating.
