Hello, do you mean re-pair or reconnect?
Do you have to type a code in again? If you leave the phone in the house (out of range) and go back to the car is your phone's name still listed in the menu? Are you running the latest firmwares in the MMI? Last edited by snapdragon; 15th August 2015 at 03:54 PM.

If you're on Android phone you sometimes need to go into your paired devices and tell it to remember the paired connection. If all else fails delete the connection and start again
 Think I have the mmi firmware update discs if it does need an update
