exhaust
just wondered has anyone done away with the rear box on an s8 ?. seen a few on youtube and sounds amazing . got mine booked in next week . £140 inc 2 x 3" s/steel tail pipes.
will post pics and vid when its done

Do you mean delete the entire rear muffler, and just have twin tips?

muffler
yeh , im having the rear box removed and just having 2 pipes coming from the centre box. seen em on youtube sounds amazing . looks nice aswel

Would be interested to find out just how loud this is and if there is much intrusion of noise into the cabin.
Had a bit of a play with an E39 M5 the other day and it had some sort of exhaust system fitted. Sounded fantastic.
