Good alterntative intake manifold actuator link arms
I've tried a few different link arms over the years, including the aluminium link arms from Gruven Parts, which lasted a couple of years before the plastic inserts wore down internally, causing them to become disconnected.
Recently I tried these, 3D printed by some nice bloke in Budapest: Edited to add: Not 3D printed apparently but "cut from the engineering plastic Delrin" https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/401830214...m=401830214564 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/401842263...m=401842263701 I'm not sure how well they'll last but they're a good fit and seem pretty strong. But, at the price, even if they only last a year, they're a bargain. So far I've had a couple of months' use out of them and they're holding up well. The flat-head design also makes them easier to fit and they're so smooth that, apart from a slight visible 'grain', you wouldn't know they've been 3D printed (is that due to the material used or some special after-printing process?).
