Default Not bad for a 10 year old?

Recently tried out a standing start on private land, not quite flat, so figures are slightly flattering. Given the car is 10 years old (Oct 06) and has 160,000 miles on the clock, I am pretty happy it still works as intended.

Not sure about the calibration of HP, I certainly don't have nearly 600BHP.

Ian (IT), would love to have seen a similar trace for your RS6.

Interesting that, the dips in HP are the gear changes I assume?

I'd imagine mine would be similar, same car and similar milages (130k on mine)

I can only imagine the graph that RS6 would produce, I've been in it, it's mental

Is there a similar app for android Richard?

Nice results Richard

I'm not very good in graphs, but looking at it and ''applying'' may understanding on it look like you do 58mph on the first gear?? Therefore the gear change delays the actual time in last 2mph before it calculates 0-60mph time??

I know there is gearbox remap available now through Viezu who done remap on my engine, but I assume this won't extend the range on each gear? I know remap focuses on faster gear changes for sure, can't remember what else unfortunately, long term memory is not always my strongest point

Recently I was chatting to my friend/business partner who bought two new Range Rovers Sport and we were looking at all the extras he had.
Trying slightly to impress me with certain features, but my instant reply was: ''You do know that over 10years old A8's had this features ''
Actually most of the options on Range Rovers where available looong time ago on A8s.
Don't take me wrong, they are nice cars, but as talking to Del last time, I would only choose one ONLY if I had to choose between new Q7 and new Range, and that is only because I think new Q7 looks not very interesting or impressive from outside.

I have not used the app you did but I have several others including Torque but they are very unreliable in my experience and times are all over the place. It does depend on phone and the app as well I guess depending on how precise sensors are and how powerful hardware is a and how often it can take data samples from sensors. There are several data inputs possible: OBD speed, GPS speed and accelerometer data, then you need to take sampling rate into account as well. My D2 S8 0-60mph times could range from 5-8s in the apps.

If you have VCDS you can measure it more reliably with VCDS but you might want to compare VCDS and GPS speeds first. On D2 VCDS sampling rate is slow on K line so not very precise but a bit better, I was getting 6-7s, but on D3 it should be much better with a faster sampling rate on CAN

Also. If using only the phone for this. The phone must not slide/move about at all
