Really needs photos, even bad ones are better than nothing.....

For example. First question on a 2002 model - Does it have 20" wheels, or the Avus 18's ? Makes a big difference to the value of the car imo....

GLWS.

some pics, more info to follow on full history etc

(the car came with really bad condition aftermarket 19's but an OEM 20" spare - so 4x18" Avus OEM in top condition plus a 20" spare included)

Isn't that a 20" spare wheel in the boot?

Either way, looks like a bargain!

I'd have it myself if I had room for another!

Now for the bad bits on the car, just to be completely open and up front about condition.

As per above - I would grade the interior 8.5+ / 10 for a 13 year old car, and the exterior 7/10. As an enthusiast, I would sort these problems out if keeping the car but the new owner I'm sure will decide what to spend their money on.

Drivers door grab handle plastic worn

Missing cap on passenger side seat control (electrics still work fine)

Drivers door glass cracked from trim cap hole

Exterior paint defects - petrol cap

Rear LHS bumper corner

Front paint stone chips/marks as per mileage of 139,990

windscreen surround at front - paint bubbling

Cracking car and damn good value also.

Also find a D2 that does not have a few marks on it, especially a couple of the door grab handle.

Yes you always need to think about the gearbox but that's the same for any D2.

Your car at that price will be snapped up in no time.

Default Nice, very nice...

A lovely, lovely looking car: this was my "ideal' exterior/interior combination when I first started looking for an '8, and I'm sure it won't be around for long: did you resolve the minor cold starting/fuelling issues that you had earlier in it's history?

The boot cover suggests it has an analogue TV tuner as well as CD changer?

1998 D2 PF S8. AgateGrey/Platinum. Every option (I think) except electric rear seats, tiptronic steering wheel, ski hatch, towbar & dimming door mirrors.
e.g. Cruise control, NavPlus/TV, Bose, GSM, Xenons, Solar roof, Parking sensors, Alcantara/leather everywhere of course. (internal dimming mirror added later)

And before that a lot of Rover 800s, a few oddities, a lovely Triumph Dolomite 1850HL with Overdrive and way back in my schooldays an Austin Seven aka Mini 850!
