Wiper motors frozen?
Over the last few days (of sub-zero temperatures) my wipers have become progressively slower, to the point where they almost refused to work this morning... 
I've had the wiper motor seize up completely on the S4 in the past, but not due to cold. Is it possible that it's literally frozen up or just foobarred?
