There is one shot at going in together.

I'm quite happy to stop organising this meet and hand everything over to ONE PERSON to organise, and they can do all of the liaising with the AOC but these multiple views and opinions about the best way to be doing things are not helping me personally, sorry but it's enough hassle trying to organise things without multiple views (which are inevitably all different) chipping in.

Anyone like to organise it all and I'll just show up??

Apologies Neil. I was just asking.

It wasn't meant as a criticism, just a thought/suggestion. Since some people might be travelling quite a distance I thought a slightly later meet-up might make it easier to organise, if anything. 9am is fine for me.

Neil, I think you're misreading things, people are just offering information and thoughts to assist you in your discussions with AOC.

Neil, carry on as our intrepid leader.

You organise and leave us to follow or not as suits us on the day.

You do a great job, and I'm too old and lazy to offer to do it.

I too do not like expensive three legged two stroke giraffes with a hump.

I'm thinking of coming to this, I'm on the Isle of Wight so pretty close for me and I think I'm free that weekend. Early ferry should be okay.

Give my new D2 S8 an outing and give me a chance to meet some of you lovely people!

I'm not aware of any because once parked at Beaulieu you will not be allowed to move your car to anywhere and come back, just leave I guess, from what I've read on their site. Also as everyone is concerned about not arriving any earlier then its not really feasible to arrange for washes before we go in time wise

OK guys this is coming up now and I need to inform Beaulieu of how many cars will be parked on our stand (which will be a joint Audi Owners Club and A8/S8 UK club stand as per SOK last year - some of the AOC A8 Owners will then park adjacent to our other 8's)

I currently have the following list -

CONFIRMED GOING
1. Architex Ma8tey D2 A8
2. RS6 D2 S8
3. Moltaue D2 S8
4. Levi B D3 A8
5. Spanker D2 A8
6. Nilesh D3 A8L
7. Stuart McF (AOC) A3 Sportback
8.

MAYBE's
1. TonUpKid
2. HP_Sauce
3. Roberto
4. BarzyA8
5.
6.
7.
8.

Any more for any more please and can those on the maybe list please confirm if they are coming or not? Thanks

Best to count us as a "no" please Neil. Might be a lastminute arrival, but if we are we'll take pot luck on parking.

Still looking forward to my first meet!
