Cruise control
I tried using my cruise control but could not get it do work (2007 3.0TDi).
I pulled the lever towards me then got to the speed I wanted and pressed the button on the end of the stalk. The dash display told me the cruise was on the and speed it was set for but as soon as I took my foot off the accelerator the car just slowed down. I have no error messages and a VCDS scan came up with no faults that I could see for the cruise control. Thoughts?

That's a frustrating one, especially as VCDS shows no errors.
Did the lights also turn off when you slowed? Do you have adaptive cruise control?

What a head scratcher. Has it worked for you previously, what other fault codes do you have, any ESP type codes? just a thought...
