no coolant service?
4.2 Tdi 2006 110000miles
looking at doing DIY service. looking at the service history,it seems that 15000 miles is the average interval. it seems that there is no coolant service interval. is this a sealed for life system? the coolant looks clean and at set level. worth leaving alone? cheers raj

It is a 5 year replacement cycle, and is a Hybrid OAT (OAT with Silicates).
G12+ or an eco-friendly G13 that replaced it that is not as good performance (lower boiling and higher freezing point). You are supposed to use de-ionised water with it - I used one of these.. http://www.aliexpress.com/item/LCD-D...2-006b0fdd6de9 and used brita filtered water which was ~60 vs. 190 out of the tap.
