I wonder if it's a difference in the laminate layer. Just looked into it and found this article

Acoustic glass is a relatively new subcategory of laminated glass. It has an interlayer designed to absorb sound. Saflex offered its first acoustic interlayer in 2003.

Oddly enough of the three types available, ETKA lists only 4KP and 4KV as 'shatterproof glass' in the description.
